Dr. Liberty Boyd is a marine ecologist, conservation scientist, and science communicator dedicated to connecting people with the ocean and the wildlife that depend on it. With a Ph.D. in Marine Biology, Liberty’s field-based research focuses on sea turtle ecology, movement, behavior, and conservation, using tools such as satellite telemetry, biologging, and passive acoustics to better understand marine species and the challenges they face.
